Kourtney has been a fan of Manuka honey for many years and includes it in her daily Avocado Breakfast Pudding to add some sweetness. Quick and easy to make you can enjoy this pudding on a morning or as a snack throughout the day.

"I try to work out every morning and I have to eat something before I work out. Twenty minutes after I take my ghee, I have avocado pudding. Not only is it quick and easy, but the protein from the avocado is a great way to start the morning. Two out of my three kids love it, too. Oh, and I LOVE that I can take it in the car!" You will need:

  1. 1 whole avocado
  2. 1 cup of coconut milk
  3. 2 teaspoons of Manuka Doctor Manuka honey

Add the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a short glass and feel free to add a little extra honey if required!
