Orders are shipped via FedEx SmartPost.

FedEx SmartPost is a hybrid service. FedEx will collect the order and deliver it to the customer's local post office, and then the post office completes delivery.

Orders placed on manukadoctor.com are picked and dispatched from New Jersey.

We ship orders Monday through Friday from New Jersey (zip code 08902). Orders placed before midnight EST will ship on the next available shipping day. You can expect your order to be in transit for 5-6 business days.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 7% is applied to orders of skincare and the cost of shipping where the order is dispatched to a New Jersey shipping address.

Returns

Our goal is to completely satisfy all customers. If, for some reason there is a problem with your order and you would like to return the item(s) please email customerservices@manukadoctor.co.uk in the first instance. We will discuss the issue with you and notify you of the next steps.

We cannot accept returns for skincare/haircare products that have been opened and used. Items must be in their unopened packaging.

Manuka Honey cannot be returned as it is a food item.
