Shortbread Cookie

This shortbread recipe with Manuka Doctor Manuka MGO80+Honey is a crowd favourite! 🍪


  • 225g butter, softened
  • 50g Manuka Doctor Manuka MGO80+ Honey
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups plain flour
  • 60g cornflour
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 150 degrees. Cream the butter, Manuka Doctor honey and icing sugar. Then gradually add the flour, cornflour and the vanilla and mix until well combined. Roll out or cut in to stars. Bake for 20-30 minutes until only just colouring on the edges. Cool on baking trays for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling racks. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
