Manuka Honey Lime Fruit Salad

INGREDIENTS

FRUIT

  • 2 cups chopped strawberries
  • 2 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 cups grapes
  • 1 cup chopped kiwi fruit
  • 2-3 peeled mandarin oranges
  • Optional: banana and mango

DRESSING

  • 2 tbsp Manuka Doctor honey (MGO 80 recommended)
  • Juice of 1 freshly squeezed lime
  • Zest of 1 fresh lime

DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare the fruits and add to a large mixing bowl
  • In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Manuka Doctor honey, lime zest, and lime juice
  • Toss the fruit with the dressing
