In 2011, Manuka Doctor launched the world’s first ever award winning Purified Bee Venom (PBV™️) and Certified Mānuka Honey high performance skincare range, which harnesses the power of the highest performing ingredients from the hive. All of our clinically tested skincare formulations are refined, concentrated and 100% bee friendly plus there’s a product to suit every skin type and occasion!

As with any new product we recommend a patch test before use.
Do not use if you have an allergy to bee stings or any of the listed ingredients.
All our products are designed and safety tested with an assumption that the consumer could be pregnant or breast feeding when using them, however we would always advise you always consult with your doctor before use.
All of our products have been Dermatologically tested. Avoid direct contact with eyes.

Patch testing is generally recommended to see whether any ingredient causes an allergic skin irritation reaction.
We recommend a small patch test before using any of our products.
Do not use our products should you have an existing allergy to bee stings or any ingredients listed in the product. Ingredients can be found on the product pages of our website.

If you have an allergy to bee stings then we recommend that you do not use Manuka Doctor products.

We do not test our products on animals and our bees live happily in open, natural surrounds and are not affected by how we source their venom.
So while we just love that bees naturally produce the honey and venom that help give us beautiful looking skin, we take careful steps to ensure bees are not harmed in the process. For bee venom collection, a glass pane, with a light electrical current running through it, is placed near our bees. The current attracts the bees to sting the glass, which leaves the venom on the surface. Because it’s glass, the bees don’t lose their stinger, nor are they harmed in anyway.

Whilst we cannot claim that all of the ingredients used in our skincare products are certified natural, we strive to ensure that they are as close as possible without compromising on product efficacy.
Certified natural by Biorius, formulated and made in New Zealand with our Manuka honey and/or Manuka Oil.
None of our products contain SLS, Parabens & Phthalates.
Manuka Doctor is committed to using certified sustainable palm oil in its formulations, as it is a healthier and safer alternative to petrochemicals and requires significantly less land than coconut for an equivalent yield. Our products do not contain palm oil in its pure form however some of the raw materials do contain palm in their manufacture. We therefore use ingredients from suppliers that are members of the RSPO (Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil).
With the rise of plastic in our oceans, Manuka Doctor is committed to ensuring that our facial scrub products use naturally derived biodegradable scrub particles which are ocean friendly.

 Orders placed on manukadoctor.com are only shipped to mainland USA addresses. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders are sent using DHL and UPS, the final delivery is completed by USPS.

Parcels shipped to a PO Box address are done so at the customer's own risk. We cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered parcels.

Orders placed on manukadoctor.com are picked and dispatched from New Jersey.

We ship orders Monday through Friday from New Jersey. Orders placed before midnight EST will ship on the next available shipping day. You can expect your order to be in transit for 2-5 working days.

Once your order has been processed for dispatch it cannot be cancelled.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 6.625% is applied to orders of skincare and the cost of shipping where the order is dispatched to a New Jersey shipping address.
