No Bake Strawberry Chia Cake

Try our Strawberry No-Bake Chia Cake
Cool, creamy, natural sweetness – no refined sugar needed.

#ManukaPerfection. 

Ingredients:

For the Base:
  • 1½ cups strawberries (fresh or thawed)
  • ¼ cup Manuka Doctor Manuka Honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
1½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (or coconut yogurt for dairy-free)
  • 1 cup almond meal or crushed oats (for the base)
  • 2 tsp melted coconut oil

Directions: 

Preheat the Oven to 175°C/350°C and line an 8-10inch pan with baking paper.

Base:
  • Mix almond meal + coconut oil. Press into a small lined springform tin.
    Chill for 10 min.
Filling:
  • Blend strawberries, honey, vanilla. Stir in chia seeds + yogurt. 
    Pour over base after chilling.
Set:
  • Refrigerate for 4+ hours or overnight. 
Serve:
  • Top with extra strawberries & a drizzle of Manuka honey.
